The location of this place is fantastic, being close to Goodrington, Dartmouth, and all the main attractions, providing a comfortable experience.

Everything was amazing, perfect location right by Paignton as well as all the main attractions, good experience. The room was spotless, with smoke detectors and fantastic views of the bay. Central heating, coffee/tea making machines, and satellite television worked well and the bed was comfortable. Stayed in this property for 1 night and liked our choice.

The room was spotless and had a stunning sea view. We appreciated the mini fridge, toaster, and kettle, as well as the tea, coffee, and biscuits provided. The WiFi was excellent, and having access to Sky TV channels was a bonus. Parking right outside was convenient. A lovely and happy place to stay.
